Article Publication Charges

Regarding the financial independence of the journal, and covering various expenses like editorial board services, English editing services, page design, DOIs, and mass emails ... we agreed to apply for APC from April. 2026 issue (First issue of 2026). Therefore, we will apply APC from the Spring 2026 issue. Please consider that our team needs to work many hours every day to manage all processes of the publication from submission to final publication. Please consider that the publisher has given all rights and responsibilities regarding the financial and human resource management of the JWB to the journal founder and director in charge.

From the Spring issue 2026, the publication fee for all authors will be 600 euros, applicable from January 2026. Please consider that all of the financial expenses are up to the journal management team, and we have no other financial support options, neither from the Publisher, which is a public University. However, we can apply a discount for students, and also authors from less developed countries. By the way, based on the editor's decision and considering the paper's quality, a full waiver will be possible.

Income Sources

Our journal operates on a publication fee model, whereby authors are required to pay a fee upon acceptance of their manuscript for publication. This fee serves as the primary source of income for the journal, as we do not receive funding from subscriptions, advertising, reprints, institutional support, or organizational support. We believe in transparency and accountability, and therefore, the details of our business model, including publication fees, are clearly stated on our website. It's important to note that the decision to publish a manuscript is based solely on its academic merit and contribution to the field, and publication fees or waiver status do not influence editorial decision-making in any way
